Today, the name "Pancho Villa" stirs quasi-romantic feelings of freedom, self-determination, cowboy justice, and the Robin Hood archetype. But, for most of us, we really don't know who Pancho Villa was, what he did, the saga that transpired between him and the US government, or really anything concrete about him.
